Creating digital content modules for corporates to train staff anywhere started as a freelance project in 2000. Manish and co-founder Kapil Gupta offered clients full control over G-Cube’s customised content. Almost 65% are repeat projects; new business grows at 35% to 40% every year. G-Cube now has gesture-based learning for its modules and has expanded to government agencies. It is also training rural and social workers with motion-based learning. With revenue of Rs 30 crore, G-Cube services 170 customers in 25 countries across 20 industries. Its technology solutions are service-based, which helps build a margin of up to 25%.
