In 2005, when Bijou Kurien, COO of watchmaker Titan, was restructuring the company, he set up Fastrack as a separate division. A year later, Bhasin joined Titan to market Fastrack as an affordable and energetic youth brand. She’s seen the brand reach new heights, thanks to smart TV campaigns. This year, Fastrack will finish with sales of over Rs 800 crore, having expanded into sunglasses, bags, belts, wallets, and even helmets. Bicycles are on the anvil.
