She claims to be a Mumbaikar but spends most of her time up in the air. It’s been that way ever since she joined Capgemini some 12 years ago. Her keen eye for selecting talent is what’s driving Capgemini India forward as the company’s largest employee hub. This year, the team has grown by more than 10%, to almost 40,000 employees—a third of its global workforce. In recent months, Jayanthi has spearheaded a drive to create 100 senior positions out of the India office to cater to global clients.
