Zaveri is the first Indian supplier to do business with Audi for its engines but it’s the spread of business she has with manufacturers like Honda, GETRAG, ZF, Tata Motors, and Hero Motorcycles that lets her hedge her bets and keep revenue humming. NRB Bearings saw its revenue grow from Rs 677 crore to Rs 735 crore. Zaveri has also been able to turn around her factory in Thailand, her first international operation, that was lossmaking until last year.
