Pallavi S. Shroff, 

A lawyer for close to four decades, she is regarded as one of the first specialists in competition law in India. Under her leadership, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co topped the Mergermarket M&A league tables for the first half of 2019 by deal value. It was also awarded ‘Country Firm of the Year, India’ for 2018 and 2019 by Who’s Who Legal. The firm is an exclusive India member of Lex Mundi, a global body of more than 100 law firms covering 160 jurisdictions. Shroff is a director on the boards of Apollo Tyres, One97 Communications, and Maruti Suzuki India.
