Vandana Luthra, 

Luthra is a member of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship's steering committee; CII's national committee on skill development; and chairperson of the industry-led, government-backed Skill Council on Beauty and Wellness. In the past year, Luthra increased the number of VLCC wellness centres in the country to 205, and the training arm set up new campuses in Noida and Kolkata, taking the total number of VLCC institutes to 73. In perhaps the most transformational corporate action of her career, Luthra is planning an IPO for her company. She has also turned angel investor to fund online grocery store Smartcooky with former Genpact president and CEO Pramod Bhasin, Google India vice president and managing director Rajan Anandan, former Infosys CFO and board member T.V. Mohandas Pai, and former global president of Unilever's food, home and personal-care division, M.S. Banga.
