Capex creates trophy assets, not economically efficient: Subhash Garg

The Coalition government should not go for still higher Capex, as a big policy strategy going forward. These Capex generates lot of trophy assets which the Prime Minister could inaugurate, but if the electoral outcome is to be seen, that does not seem to have delivered political dividend.  So I see enormous changes in the forthcoming budget.
