Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has topped the list of celebrity tax payers, followed by Tamil actor Thalapathy Vijay, according to a list compiled by Fortune India magazine. Khan paid an advance tax of ₹92 crore in FY24. Film star Salman Khan and ace actor Amitabh Bachchan are on the third and fourth position respectively. From the world of cricket, Virat Kohli paid advance tax of ₹66 crore in FY24 amid mega contribution from M S Dhoni and more current as well as past players.
