Sudarshan Chemical to acquire Germany-based pigment manufacturer for ₹1,800 cr
The deal will be executed through SCIL’s Netherlands-based subsidiary, Sudarshan Europe BV, which will acquire Heubach’s global pigment business, SCIL says in a post-market exchange filing.
