Celebrating India’s largest midsize companies

Midsized companies are often called the backbone of the economy. Every year Fortune India brings together leaders from these companies at its The Next 500 summit, which celebrates and recognises their achievements.

This time too we have a stellar lineup of speakers headlined by Anurag Singh Thakur, minister of state for finance and corporate affairs, who will deliver the keynote address and participate in an interactive session moderated by Fortune India editor Sourav Majumdar.

The other speakers are Radhika Sridharan, partner at Bain & Company, who will speak about ‘The Future of Consumption in the New India’. Achal Bakeri, chairman and managing director (MD), Symphony, and Vipul Sabharwal, MD, Luminous Power Technologies, will speak about ‘Growth Matters: Stories of Rapid Growth through Innovation’.

V. Anant Goel, co-founder and CEO, Milkbasket, and Hitesh Oberoi, CEO, Info Edge, will speak on ‘Achieving Scale in a Digital World’.

Krishnan Chatterjee, chief customer officer and head of marketing, SAP Indian Subcontinent, will speak on ‘Design to Disrupt’; and Gaurav Gupta, partner at Deloitte India, will talk about ‘Companies Embarking on a Digital Journey’.

V. Vaidyanathan, MD and CEO, IDFC First Bank, and Samit Ghosh, MD and CEO, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, will share their views on ‘The Role of Innovation and Technology in Business’. Sandip Somany, president, FICCI, and vice chairman and MD, HSIL Limited, will talk on ‘Midsize Companies as India’s Growth Engine’.
