Skilling workforce in new tech a challenge: HCLTech's Nadar
Although there is continuous innovation and new technologies emerging in India, there is a realisation of upskilling the workforce, says Roshni Nadar, HCL Tech, chairperson.
She also shares that the company has undertaken the task of training and upskilling 50,000 workforce in FY25.
