Talked financial inclusion for 60-70 years; Jan-Dhan made the change: Bhanumurthy
If India is one of the largest, fastest growing large economy today, the credit goes to all the governments that have that have been there since 1990s. The reform ideas were a continuation. Some low hanging fruits have been achieved in the past, but there are very tough reforms that were needed. And it happened only in the last 10 years.
