Former McKinsey consultant Deepak Garg’s logistics startup Rivigo has a unique relay trucking model. The Gurugram-based company has successfully built a client list of 1,000 companies and clocked revenues of close to $200 million (Rs 1,263 crore). The firm has spent nearly Rs 200 crore on setting up the relay network. In 2017, Rivigo raised debt financing of Rs 100 crore from a few private sector banks to expand its fleet of trucks. It also closed a $50 million (about Rs 333 crore) funding round, led by Warburg Pincus and SAIF Partners.
