It may be 50 years old, but it shows no signs of slowing down. Neither does Paul, who continues to expand the brand despite the growing threat from the likes of AirBnB. She plans to launch three new properties under The Park brand in the next two years. The premium brand Zone, too, is expanding, with eight new properties. Several problems beset the hospitality industry, but Paul says: “We have been trying to create ways and work with the government to stabilise the economic conditions for the industry.”
