In her 20-year careerin financial services, Bhandarkar has led transactions for several large Indian companies, including ICICI Bank, the Tata Group, ONGC, the Essar Group, and State Bank of India. Last year, in addition to leading Credit Suisse’s investment banking practice, Bhandarkar oversaw the bank’s wealth management business. She has led the push into new economy sectors with domestic and cross-border M&As, including being an exclusive advisor to Ybrant Digital on the acquisition of Price Grabber and Experian Interactive for $175 million; to Netmagic and shareholders on sale to NTT Communications.
